The new railings are made from "aircraft" aluminum and powder-coated.  Low maintenance!
Below, a view from inside the front porch, a barbeque area in the making.
New stucco, and trim.  The color is beige (Pueblo) with a rosy base, and changes with the weather.

Below right.  The outer four windows were tall enough to become doorways, maintaining the original window boxes that will open into the baths that will be in the addition.

It was suggested a window was needed in the attic apartment.  So I put in an eight foot sliding glass door and balcony.  Did I get a little carried away?  Best place in town for morning coffee.  There will be 6 smaller windows on the other side for ventilation.
I sanded every window box in the building to bare wood, and structurally fortified them before installing the new double-pane low-E glass frames.
